CARF Accreditation Seal

CARF Re-Accreditation

CARF International announced that Lifetrack has been re-accredited for a period of three years for its Community Employment Services: Employment Supports and Job Development. This accreditation decision represents the highest level of accreditation that can be awarded to an organization and shows the organization’s substantial conformance to the CARF standards. In order to receive a Three-Year Accreditation, Lifetrack went through a rigorous peer review process; it demonstrated to a team of surveyors during an on-site visit its commitment to offering programs and services that are measurable, accountable and of the highest quality.

What is CARF?

CARF provides accreditation services worldwide at the request of health and human service providers. The mission of CARF is to promote the quality, value, and optimal outcomes of services through a consultative accreditation process and continuous improvement services that center on enhancing the lives of persons served.

CARF Standards: People-Centered Services

Persons served play an active and vital role in the CARF accreditation process, from helping to develop the international performance standards to giving input on the quality of services they receive. Through accreditation, providers demonstrate their belief that all people have the right to be treated with dignity and respect, have access to needed services that achieve optimum outcomes, and are empowered to exercise informed choice. Lifetrack is pleased to join CARF in this mission.

Our accreditation is a public commitment that we strive to:

  • Involve persons served and their families in their service planning.
  • Respect individual cultural preferences.
  • Be accountable to our funding sources, referral agencies, and the community at large.
  • Address health and safety concerns, such as building safety and emergency preparedness.
  • Maintain management practices that are efficient, cost-effective, and based on outcomes and consumer satisfaction.
