2016 - Together We Thrive
At Lifetrack, our vision is that all families in Minnesota are empowered to reach their full potential. We believe that when this happens, our communities benefit – it makes for improved health, happiness and opportunity all around.
Many people have networks of support they need through their families, schools, employers, community organizations and friends. But some people have very few of these connections. That’s where Lifetrack steps in – to be a web of support so that families gain tools and build resilience to power through life’s challenges.
2015 - Building Healthy, Stable Families
In 2015, 1,400 new parents were supported in exploring options and making positive, proactive health, education and communications decisions for their children who are deaf or hard of hearing because of Lifetrack’s Parent to Parent Outreach Services. In Families Together Services, 258 at-risk young children learned healthy ways to manage stress, express their emotions and prepare for kindergarten, getting them off to the best start possible.
2014 - Investing in Families, Building a Strong Community
A hallmark of a family is the celebration of each other’s triumphs and the enduring conviction during challenging times. This past year, our family of donors, volunteers and supporters made it possible for 1,400 families to increase their income through employment and training they received at Lifetrack. Now, they are building new chapters in their own family story. You, our treasured supporters, made a difference for 4,400 children and their parents by opening the doors to learning, health and independence.
2013 - Transforming Futures by Helping People Find Their Path
Since 194 8, Lifetrack has put hope within reach for thousands of individuals and families: adults constrained by mental illness, a lack of education or marketable job skills who need help to find and keep a job; children who experience trauma and crisis each day who need a safe place to play, imagine and create.
With you as a partner, we continue to help people see beyond their barriers to imagine new possibilities. Thanks to the generosity of volunteers, employers, nonprofit colleagues, community agencies, foundations, and individual community members, we put hope within reach for individuals and families seeking a new path to achieve their goals.
